PH27 Terms & Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PH27 online gaming platform, operated at ph27.pro ("the Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and PH27.

By completing registration, logging in, or placing any bet on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms in their entirety. PH27 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To open and use a PH27 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in the Philippines when accessing the Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an existing PH27 account.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or similar restriction.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

PH27 may request documentation at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3 Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one PH27 account only. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, contact number, device, payment method, or household — is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any additional details required to complete the registration process.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete PH27's identity verification (KYC) process. This requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine ID. Accepted forms include a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS card, PhilHealth ID, or similar government-issued identification. Documents must be clear, current, and unaltered.

4 Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PH27 login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any other person. PH27 staff will never ask for your password.

PH27 protects your account through SSL encryption and OTP-based verification at login and at key account actions such as withdrawals. These measures help protect your balance and personal data from unauthorised access.

• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for other websites or apps.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately through PH27 support.
• PH27 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals and Currency

All transactions on PH27 — deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currencies are accepted or processed on the Platform.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Philippine e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, Philippine online banking, and direct bank transfer. The availability of specific payment channels may vary and is subject to change. PH27 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods for deposits or wagering.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being completed on your account.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed.
• PH27 reserves the right to conduct additional checks before processing withdrawals.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.

Any attempt to deposit funds from a third-party account or to use payment methods not registered in your name may result in the funds being returned and your account being reviewed.

6 Gameplay Rules and Bet Settlement

PH27 offers several game categories to registered players, including slots, live casino table games, sports betting, and eBingo. Each category operates under its own specific rules, which are displayed within the relevant game or betting market on the Platform.

For sports betting, odds and markets are subject to change before an event begins. Live in-play bets are accepted at the discretion of the Platform and may be suspended or refused at any time. PH27 reserves the right to void bets where a clear error in odds or market information has occurred.

• All game outcomes are determined by the game provider's certified RNG or by live event results.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, bets already placed are settled according to the game's standard rules.
• PH27 is not responsible for third-party game provider errors, but will endeavour to resolve disputes in good faith.
• Winnings are credited to your PH27 account balance upon settlement.

7 Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

PH27 may offer bonuses, cashback, and promotional rewards to players from time to time. All offers are subject to the specific terms applicable at the time they are issued, including any wagering requirements, eligible games, and validity periods.

The PH27 VIP programme rewards regular play across all game categories. Progression through the five tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Elite — is based on qualifying activity. Benefits vary by tier and are subject to change at PH27's discretion.

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and must be used in accordance with the stated terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• PH27 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotional offer at any time.
• Attempting to exploit, abuse, or manipulate promotions — including through multi-accounting — will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus and may lead to account closure.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PH27 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in card games, poker, or any other multiplayer format.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds from accounts not registered in your own name.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors rather than reporting them to PH27 support.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access your account.

PH27 maintains the right to monitor all account activity for compliance with these Terms. Where prohibited activity is identified, PH27 may withhold withdrawals pending investigation and co-operate with law enforcement as required.

9 Responsible Gaming

PH27 is committed to supporting responsible gaming. Online gaming involves financial risk and should be treated as entertainment — not as a source of income, and not as a way to recover financial losses. Past results do not predict or guarantee future outcomes.

10 Account Closure and Termination

You may request to close your PH27 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account — less any applicable deductions for unresolved transactions — will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

PH27 also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• These Terms have been violated.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is identified.
• Required verification documents are not provided within a reasonable period.
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under these Terms.

In cases of account closure due to a violation of these Terms, PH27 may retain any balance and bonus funds associated with the account.

11 Limitation of Liability

PH27 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep the Platform running reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Platform will be free from errors at all times.

• PH27 is not liable for losses caused by technical failures, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• PH27 is not responsible for decisions made by players during gameplay. All bets placed are the player's own responsibility.
• PH27 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits PH27's liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law under applicable Philippine legislation.

12 Privacy and Data

PH27 collects and processes personal data in connection with your use of the Platform, including information provided during registration, KYC verification, and payment processing. How we collect, use, and protect your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

13 Changes to These Terms

PH27 may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform and contact support to close your account.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of PH27 will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
